An astounding variety of sherries are made in and around the town of Jerez de La Frontera in the south west of Spain. From chilled fresh crisp dry salty Manzanilla to sweet luscious complex Pedro Jimenez we will learn about the way they are produced, what food best compliments them and how to serve and store them.
In the Plazas of Jerez groups of young people enjoy a Copita of sherry as an alternative to a beer. It’s not a drink for old people - it’s vibrant, modern and fascinating.
The sherries will be accompanied by a selection of 'Tapas'
