International Sauvignon Blanc Day
International Sauvignon Blanc Day is on 24th April, but this year we have had to move our Sauvignon evening to July
Sauvignon Blanc is one of the world's best known grape varieties, but it has many personalities.
This evening we will exploire what makes this ubiquitous grape taste so different depending where it comes from and how it is treated.
From the zesty, powerful examples produced in New Zealand, to the rolling hills of the Loire Valley via South Africa and South America we will taste six Sauvignon Blancs while discovering the landscape, culture and history of the various regions.
Oh, and a sparkling one too.
