Four weeks of Old World Wines

 If you really want to gain an appreciaion of wine - this 4 week course is the place to start. A fascinating introductory tour of the major European wine countries, otherwise known as the Old World. Discover why wines are named after regions, eg Chablis, Champagne, Rioja, Chianti. Learn how to decode a wine label, and be able to choose much better wines when you next go shopping for wine. Find out why food is so important to European wines, and be amazed by a magic ingredient that improves how all red wines taste!

And because we have four weeks, we can delve more deeply into the great wine regions in France, Italy Spain and Portugal. 

This four week course is suitable for everyone, its friendly and informal, and meet new friends.
